Yes, you will be working with your own Career Consultant throughout the whole process from consultation to receiving your final document/s. All our Career Consultants are experts in writing resumes, cover letters, selection criteria responses and other job search documents that target the specific requirements of each application.

No, we no longer offer face-to-face consultations. Your personal consultation can be conducted by phone, email or, if working with the Director, Jennifer Maly, via Zoom or MS Teams.

Your documents will be developed remotely by the RFR Career Consultant who best fits your needs, with draft versions sent to you throughout the collaboration process via email.

Once you are happy with the finished product/s, both Word and PDF versions of all documents will be emailed to you so you can complete your job applications.
