As a professional resume writer Kathryn brings over 20 years’ experience in administration, training, and HR knowledge across public and private sectors. Kathryn spent many years working in the adult education sector, specialising in helping students gain qualifications in Microsoft Office, business administration and management. She is a Certified Microsoft Specialist and holds a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and a Certificate IV in Business. She was also involved in the production of high quality documents, staff training, mentoring and coaching at the University of Southern Queensland . As a trainer, mentor and manager, she has played an important role in the advancement of many of her team members’ careers. Utilising this experience Kathryn provides career services that are customised and geared specifically to meet the individual needs and profession of her clients.

Having conducted and participated in a number of recruitment and selection processes Kathryn has an excellent understanding of the importance of resumes, selection criteria statements and cover letters required when applying for many positions in today’s job market. She is passionate about providing a personalised approach to the job search process and strives to put her clients at ease as she unearths their skills, experiences and accomplishments.
